Tier 2 heavenly Chips are to Heavenly Chips as Heavenly Chips are to cookies

After a little bit of number crunching and pattern analyzing [n,m]HC can be approximated to ((n2+n)2m-1*(1012)2m-1)/22m-1
Notice the exponent on the (n2+n) is 2m-1 while the exponent on the 2 in the denominator and the 1012 is 2m-1
EXAMPLE
[4,5]HC → (n2+n)2m-1 = (42+4)25-1 = 2016 = 6.554*1020 22m-1 = 225-1 = 231 = 2.147*109 (1012)2m-1 = (1012)31 = 10372
[4,5]HC = 6.554*1020*10372/(2.147*109) = 3.053*10383 = 305 unviginticentillion
